ROSI Fabrizio received the B.S. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in 2016 and the M.S. degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2018 from the University of Trento, Italy. He has been a Junior Researcher at the ELEDIA Research Center (ELEDIA@UniTN – University of Trento, Italy), where his research activities focused on mobile communications and geo-localization for civil defense applications, such as TETRA and PocSAG, as well as on Decision Support Systems (DSS) for fleet management and search-and-rescue operations in emergency scenarios.

He is currently working at SET Distribuzione, a company responsible for the distribution of electricity across much of the province of Trento, Italy, focusing on operational processes and technological innovation.
