We are excited to share that yesterday Roberto Flamini, from the Huawei Technologies Italia Research Center, delivered a remarkable keynote speech during the XXV Riunione Nazionale di Elettromagnetismo (RiNEm 2024) in Viareggio.
His talk, “The Importance of Research in Advanced Electromagnetics for 5G and 6G Wireless Communication Systems: An Industry View”, emphasized the critical role of academia-industry collaboration in driving innovation in next-generation wireless systems.
During his speech, Mr. Flamini highlighted some key contributions from the ELEDIA Research Center, focusing on unconventional arrays, wide-angle impedance matching layers, and the Smart Electromagnetic Environment (SEME).
