KOUDOURIDIS P. George is an AI technology leader at the Global AI Accelerator (GAIA), Systems Management of Ericsson Sweden, and a research fellow at Dept. of Physics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). He has 25 years of industrial research experience within telecommunications and mobile communications, and holds a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering on Telecommunications from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden, 2016. Prior to joining Ericsson in 2022, he was with Huawei Sweden R&D Center, TeliaSonera Mobile R&D, Telia Research, and CGI. He has been involved and contributed to numerous collaborative EU-funded projects and has more than 100 related patents, and peer-reviewed publications. He served as a TPC member to a multiplicity of IEEE conferences and as a reviewer to multiple journals. His research interests include radio resource management, spectrum allocation, self-organized networks, artificial intelligence and machine learning in wireless networks.
