BOUGAS Ioannis was born in Perugia, Italy, in June 1992. He received a B.Sc. degree in Physics with a specialization in “Electronic Physics and Telecommunications” from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Greece, in 2015, and an M.Sc. in Electronic Physics (Radioelectrology) with a specialization in “Electronic Circuit Technology” in 2019. From 2017 to 2020, he worked at Anatolia College as a S.T.E.M. instructor and robotics educator. In 2019, he began his Ph.D. titled “Study and Design of RF Energy Harvesting System” at the Department of Applied and Environmental Physics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. From 2020 to 2024, he worked at HDL Design House as an analog engineer. He is currently working at Capgemini Engineering as an Electronics & Semiconductor Engineer / Analog Engineer. His research interests include electronics, physical design (layout), analog/IC design, RF design, analog modeling (Verilog AMS), renewable energy systems, and energy harvesting. Ioannis Bougas holds a Radioelectrology License Class A and is a member of IEEE.
