Within the framework of quantum computing (QC), a tailored procedure is developed to compute the power pattern based on the complex excitations of the PA elements, leveraging the principles and theories of quantum mechanics. A representative set of numerical results, obtained using a quantum computer emulator, is reported and discussed to validate the proposed method, highlighting its features in comparison to the classical approach based on the discrete Fourier transform (DFT). publisher: ELEDIA Research Center - University of Trento date: 2024-07-26 type: Monograph type: NonPeerReviewed format: text language: en identifier: http://www.eledia.org/students-reports/893/1/Quantum_Computing_for_Analyzing_Array_Antenna_Power_Patterns.pdf identifier: TOSI, Luca and ROCCA, Paolo and ANSELMI, Nicola and MASSA, Andrea (2024) Quantum Computing for Analyzing Array Antenna Power Patterns.
