Abstract

This study evaluates the robustness of reconfigurable monopulse linear antenna arrays under the influence of element failures and random deviations from their expected values. By applying interval arithmetic, exact power pattern bounds are derived, highlighting deviations from ideal behavior and the consequences of amplifier failures. Validation and illustrative results are provided to demonstrate the methodology's potential.
